We stayed in the property for 5 nights in the middle of a two week trip. Its clean, private and well equipped. It worked great for my wife and I but i could imagine it handling a party of four very easily. It’s location in Modica is convenient to many pastry shops, bars and restaurants.
Its location provides an excellent base for trips to Ragusa, Noto and Syracuse has well as the beaches of Porto Modica, Porto Ragusa, and San Pieri.

We had an excellent experience staying at Casa Niria in Modica. The house is comfortable, clean, efficient, and well maintained with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances including a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and large refrigerator. There is also a washer and dryer. The bedrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. Both bathrooms had great showers with plenty of hot water. The main bathroom even has a tub.
Communication with both the owner Nick and property manager Giorgio was excellent prior to and during our stay. Giorgio greeted us upon our arrival and served as our main local contact during our stay. We cannot say enough about Giorgio and how much he contributed to our great experience here. We were pleasantly surprised to see the fridge stocked with local produce and other items. Such a nice gesture. We followed all of the recommendations by both Nick and Giorgio and also researched on our own to have a truly memorable vacation in Sicily.
